I'm Logan Gunsch. I build custom apps and internal tools for small businesses with AI assistance. Most projects start with a spreadsheet, form, or pile of DMs that takes too much time to manage.

These are the products I am actively working on, improving, and supporting.
A trading card intake system that uses card photos to prepare an editable Shopify product draft. After review, the approved record can be sent to the store.

A digital trading card binder with collection tools and a game where cards from different TCGs can share the same arena.
Live on the App Store.

An online card shop with a separate collecting and trading app. The app works like a digital binder, with photo-for-photo trades and a live feed. Available on iOS, with Android in progress.
See how it works
A desktop app that checks AI-built SaaS before launch. It tests public data access, scans for leaked secrets, and points out security problems that need attention.

Some reached a working version and were later retired. Others are prototypes or tools I stopped actively maintaining. I keep them here because they show the problems I have worked through.
A prototype exploring how handbag photos and item details can become a structured, editable catalog record.
See how it works
A social content manager for solopreneurs running several projects. It turns a schedule into drafts for Instagram, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn, then waits for approval before posting.
See how it works
A working CRM for artist management teams that I later retired. It organized roster contacts, deals, follow-ups, and industry relationships.

I work best with founder-led businesses that know where time is being wasted and need help turning the process into a tool their team can use.
Intake systems, catalog tools, lightweight CRMs, dashboards, and other software for repetitive work. I start with the current process and narrow the first build to the part causing the most friction.
Scoped to the workflow
Customer-facing products such as portals, collection apps, and subscription tools. I can take a defined idea through accounts, payments, deployment, and store submission.

Already started with Lovable, Bolt, Cursor, or Claude? I work through what's broken, close gaps in auth, payments, data access, and deployment, and help get the project shipped.

Vibe to Victory is my free guide to taking an AI-assisted app from the first prompt through launch. It covers the work between a functioning demo and a product people can use.
Read the free guideI'm Logan Gunsch, founder of Idunn Studio. My background is in data analytics, music, trading cards, and collectibles. Those interests led to most of the tools on this site.
In music, I built working tools for artist managers and sync licensing teams before retiring those products. In collectibles, I have built digital binders, trading features, and intake systems for cards and handbags. Across those projects, I kept coming back to the same kind of work: organizing records and making a repeated process easier to manage.
I use AI throughout the build process. It helps me move quickly, test ideas, and work across web and iOS. I handle the product decisions, testing, deployment, and communication. When a project needs deeper expertise, I bring in someone I trust.
You work directly with me from the first conversation through launch.
Send me the spreadsheet, form, or rough explanation. I'll tell you what looks buildable, what I would leave alone, and what it would likely take.
